About Apex Charitable Trust Limited
APEX CHARITABLE TRUST LIMITED is local charity who offer advice and guidance for people whose actions or behaviours have led to negative consequences for themselves and others enabling them to make positive choices and turn their lives around. We are based on North Road, St Helens, Merseyside. Projects include. Advice & guidance support for those at risk of offending or have a criminal record. Women’s Hub, weekly well-being group for women who are isolated, suffer with mental health, confidence, domestic abuse. Groups include activities such as arts and crafts, yoga, mindfulness & wellbeing. Every Wednesday, 10am - 12 midday Young at Heart - social group for over 60’s to meet, reminisce take part in activities with the aim to reduce loneliness, isolation, make new friends. Thursday’s 1pm -2.30pm in the Hive. Plan Bee community coffee shop. Fully trading coffee shop which trains volunteers who have been effected by the criminal justice system to gain experience and qualifications to improve their confidence and skills and enable them to be in a stronger position when applying for jobs within hospitality. Open Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm.
