About Apex Mindset

Apex Mindset offers bespoke training solutions based on proven psychology and behavioural science to help others understand what makes them motivated, how they think, behave, communicate and how they can reach the next level. Apex Mindset is led by Roxy (Roksana Anning) who is very passionate about development and equipping people with the skills and effective tools to positively impact their performance and results. Before setting up Apex Mindset, Roxy worked for 11 years for a large charity within the Employability sector, both in operations supporting clients directly into work, as well as one of the Learning and Development Business Partners delivering training to staff at all levels across the business. At Apex Mindset, I work regularly, but not exclusively, with organisations within the Employability sector that support vulnerable people into employment and make a positive difference in their lives. I love working with any organisations or people who want to become better leaders, better communicators, work on their weaknesses, and improve personal and business relationships, getting the most out of their talent.
