APF Capital is an investment vehicle of the FinTech category, which develops its financial activities through the modalities of Crowdfunding and Crowdlending. We are a multinational with subsidiaries in the main financial markets, which adapt to the current legislation of each market and country, to meet the legal requirements of each place where we carry out our activity. Our activities are focused on the business field, which we have a team with a great experience in different departments, which makes our vision broader and seek the benefit for all of us who are part of this great company, both customers, investors , institutions, as shareholders of APF Capital. Currently our legal department is managing the application for a financial license both in the SEC and in FINRA, which are the official bodies in the United States that regulate financial markets, and we must comply with their regulations to be able to raised capital from investors in a way digital, automated and public. Our collaborators (investment funds, family office, investment platforms, traditional banking, etc.) already have these financial licenses, and it is where they receive the projects of our clients, which APF Capital carries out its consultancy, to see if they comply with the requirements, compliance with AML / CFT regulations to be able to present their operations to said institutional investors. Our activity is management consulting for small and medium-sized companies, we help in carrying out projects, digitizing companies with ERP and CRM business management systems, preparing a business plan, negotiating with financial providers (national and international banks, multilateral development bank, family office, Fintech) or investment funds.
