A APICER - Associação Portuguesa das Indústrias de Cerâmica e de Cristalaria, foi constituída em 20/12/1996, em resultado do esforço conjugado das três associações nacionais que durante mais de 20 anos repartiram entre si a representação sectorial nacional da cerâmica portuguesa, assumindo-se, neste contexto, como a única estrutura associativa sectorial de âmbito nacional. A APICER engloba, assim, as seguintes divisões: - Cerâmica de acabamentos (pavimentos e revestimentos); - Cerâmicas especiais (produtos refratários, eletrotécnicos e outros); - Cerâmica estrutural (telhas, tijolos, abobadilhas, tubos de grés e tijoleiras rústicas); - Cerâmica de louça sanitária; - Cerâmica utilitária e decorativa. - Cristalaria (vidro de mesa e decorativo) >> APICER – Portuguese association of the ceramics industry was created in December 20th, 1996, from the combined effort of the three associations that for more than 20 years have shared the national ceramics sector representation, thus assuming, within this context, the role of being the only associative structure of the sector national wide. APICER encompasses the following departments: - Ceramic tiles (floor and wall tiles); - Special ceramics (refractory, electro technical products and others); - Structural ceramics (tiles, bricks, cap vaults, stoneware pipes and rustic bricks); - Sanitary ware ceramics; - Utilitarian and decorative ceramics.
