About Apleona UK
Apleona UK is part of a global business providing Facilities Management (FM), with over 40 years of experience and expertise behind us after forming as a small cleaning company in the 1970s. We have experience delivering a full range of FM services through a model of self-delivery, including but not limited to: energy management, sustainable solutions, cleaning, security, mechanical and electrical, catering, front of house, pest control and waste for both the public and private sectors. We have nationwide coverage across Scotland, England and Wales. Apleona UK has a significant infrastructure comprising over 1,500 staff in more than 520 operational sites throughout the UK, with a revenue of £200 million. In 2022 we enhanced our hard services maintenance capabilities with the acquisition of Combined Technical Solutions Ltd (CTS), our goal; to strengthen our hard services geographical coverage and depth of expertise. In 2023, we also acquired JCW Energy Services. JCW specialise in technical facilities management and provide services across wide areas of the UK. This second acquisition makes us a major provider of integrated facility management with comprehensive technical services.
