About APNIMANDI
Apnimandi is an online fresh produce retail store, we procure fresh produce directly from the farm and wholesalers. The procured items are sent to a processing unit where each item is processed at the quality check, washing & disinfecting and packing station. Once cleared from the processing unit by the QC officer, these items are then delivered to your doorstep. Currently we are operational in Multan only. We are working with 20+ SMEs, Farmers and Wholesalers. What we do- Apnimandy takes quality check very seriously. The procured vegetables & fruits are transferred from the farm to the processing unit. QC is performed at station 1 of the processing unit, where each item is properly graded, and quality checked; the damaged and poor-quality vegetables & fruits are separated. After QC the items are transferred to the wash & Disinfection stage (Station 2). At Apnimandi we make sure that all the vegetables and fruits are handled hygienically, as hygiene is one of the most important concern of ours. The quality checked vegetable and fruits are washed and disinfected here in order to remove any residue of pesticides and germs from their surface. Once items are washed, they are passed on to the packing stage (Station 3), at the packing stage, we made sure that the method we use for packing fresh produce can secures the items during transportation, at the same time it does not affect its freshness. Each customer order is packed separately and packing lists are pasted on the orders. Finally, the packed orders are ready to be delivered. Currently we are offering three delivery slots in a day. As the items are already processed and washed, the delivered items are “Ready to Serve”. Vision: Our vision is to innovate the fresh produce supply chain ecosystem and promote hygienic handling of fresh produce. Therefore, minimizing the wastage of vegetables and fruits and making the access to good quality produce easy.
