Apor Properties LLC was established in 2002 as a boutique sized real estate valuation, brokerage and advisory services firm. Without the complex management structure typically found at large firms, we are able to provide competitive fees and an extremely high quality of service. Our appraisal work product is certified by an MAI appraiser and meets the highest standards for our clients that include federally regulated lenders, law firms and large institutions and individuals. Our goal is to bring clients a “best of both worlds” approach in which the caliber of work product is comparable to the largest firms in the market, while our hands-on approach provides our clients with a higher level of local market knowledge with service that is responsive and client service oriented. Apor Properties LLC is committed to delivering insightful advice and service of the highest quality, integrity and objectivity. Diligently researching local and regional real estate markets to uncover the best data available, providing detailed documentation and presenting logical conclusions in a clear and concise manner results in our appraisal reports being of the highest quality. Assignments are completed on time and support will be available to meet your needs throughout the appraisal process. We have extensive experience in the preparation of appraisal reports for a variety of property types including office, industrial, retail, hotel/motels, and multi-family. Additionally, we are experienced in valuations for due diligence, financial reporting purposes including FAS 141, FIRPTA analysis and litigation support including expert testimony. We are located in the South Bay area of Los Angeles on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, with our primary practice areas being Los Angeles and Orange Counties. However, we have broad experience throughout the United States.
