Appareo Capital is a middle-market family office / private equity firm with offices in Houston and Dallas. We work with owners who are pursuing exit strategies, recapitalizations, reorganizations, or growth capital, and we provide operational and financial support to solid management teams that are seeking to grow and build meaningful businesses. Our team has been starting, building, operating, investing in, and monetizing public and private companies for decades. We are different from many private equity investors because our principals “have made payroll” and understand the challenges and rewards of being owner/operators. Over the past two decades, our team has been involved in more than $2 billion in financial transactions through advisory roles, direct investments, capital raises, and C-level management roles. We have deployed and managed well over $100 million in private company investments. In addition to investing on behalf of a committed following of investors, we personally invest significant amounts in each deal we close. We invest in various industries including energy services, manufacturing, distribution, construction services, data and internet businesses, consumer products, transaction processing, financial service oriented businesses, and other areas in which we have, or can develop, expertise.
