About Appetais Group

IFFH SpA nasce nel 2018 aggregando le aziende Appetais SpA e AR Srl attive nel settore piatti pronti e bakery surgelati. Nel 2019 entra nel gruppo Alcass SpA, produttore di surgelati a base carne e plant-based. Nel 2021 si attiva lo stabilimento americano di Chicago e si unisce al gruppo anche Farma&co, con la sua gamma bakery e specialità gluten-free e lactose-free. Promotore del progetto di aggregazione è il fondo Mandarin Capital Partner. Nel 2021 IFFH SpA ha sviluppato oltre 65 milioni di euro di fatturato. Ad oggi il gruppo consta di 5 stabilimenti: 2 a Genova, 2 a Brescia e uno a Chicago (US). Obiettivo del gruppo è integrare altre realtà della produzione frozen Made in Italy e penetrare il mercato globale dei Piatti pronti, carne, Plant-based, Pizza & bakery free-from, desserts, gelato. IFFH was established in 2018 starting with the merge of two frozen food firms: Appetais SpA and the “free-from” producer AR Srl. After that in 2019 Alcass SpA join the group and in 2021 Farma&co Srl did the same. Established by private-equity investor Mandarin Capital partners, the group in 2022 comprises global sales in excess of 65m Euros. To date, Italian Frozen Food counts 5 production sites (two established in Genova, two in Brescia and one in Chicago). Italian Frozen Food aims to grow to make synergy with other frozen food companies that share the same ambitions and values, taking the advantage of the business toward a global market. We manufacture an extensive range of white label and branded products that include: Frozen Ready Meals and Pasta Frozen Meat Frozen Plant-based products Gluten Free Frozen Pizzas and bakery Gluten free flours and desserts Ice creams Since 1987 we have pioneered and innovated to provide Industry leading frozen food solutions, having recognised the significant business and personal benefits this production method delivers. We recognise that today more than ever, the benefits of frozen meals and meal solutions are fundamental.
