As the largest liquidator of federally seized vehicles in the nation, We service 84 districts for the U.S. Marshals Service, all 50 states for the U.S. Department of the Treasury, all 50 states for the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, our nation’s Southern border for U.S. Customs & Border Protection, and many law enforcement agencies throughout Texas. Apple Auctioneering Co. with assistance from Apple Towing Co., the largest property custodian of federally seized vehicles in the United States, works with federal agencies to relocate confiscated assets to a secure storage facility. The units are maintained until they are either released to innocent parties or forfeited through court order/ administrative actions. If and when a disposal order is issued by the seizing agency, the confiscated assets are immediately prepped and posted in our weekly auctions.
