Appletec supply, service and maintain all Apple related computer equipment for a diverse range of companies and individuals, including Graphic Designers, Publishers, and Multimedia Organisations, as well as Educational Institutes, Veterinary Surgeries, Colleges, Care homes & home Users. We do also maintain PCS on request. Our services include tailor made fully comprehensive Maintenance Contracts, Telephone Support Contracts and Remote Only Support. We are able to offer a drop in repair service at our offices. Clients have the opportunity to bring their faulty equipment to us for diagnosis and repair. This service is available to everyone including non contracted customers, and offered at competitive rates. We have a state of the art assembly room with dedicated stations and software to find and repair faults, as well as carrying out an array of service spares. For those clients where drop-in repairs are inconvenient, we are able to offer ad-hoc service callout’s to site. Please call for details.
