Appletree Mauritius opened its doors in Vacoas in 2004, with an advanced facility supporting Call Centre and BPO processing stations as well as administrative support. Our facility, originally opened to act as a sales and customer service Call Centre has become our primary interface for our clients, and their customers alike, with our agents supporting many hundreds of thousands of television subscribers using our services, across the UK and Europe.. Originally operating customer management of television subscriptions with complex integration into both the Sky and Conax broadcast platforms, we have developed a host of software solutions allowing us to better serve your business needs. These range from Payment Gateway facilities, Database services, CRM solutions and bespoke API integration. We have developed complex billing products, and are an audited level one service provider in full compliance with the PCI DSS. Software development is carried out both from our Mauritius centre, and our UK Head office in Manchester.
