About Appletrees Group

The aim of Appletrees is to deliver a service of personal care and associated domestic services to meet the needs of clients in their own homes. Appletrees Homecare is operated by a team of dedicated professionals who put the needs of the client at the very centre of their care provision. We believe in a flexible, consistent and reliable standard of personal care delivered in the way that the customer wants.Working with our customers and their families or friends, we develop an individual service contract for the provision of care which is agreed by all parties before the service starts.We are always happy to welcome customers to our offices to discuss their needs, meet members of the management and supervisory team and see our training facilities first hand.Developing the right relationships is important to us, and we take care to match our care workers as closely as possible to the client. We maintain an ongoing programme of training and development and carry out regular supervisory visits to ensure that our service is being delivered in accordance with agreed care plans. Our services are available within the South Cambridgeshire County Council and surrounding areas. A member of the United Kingdom Homecare Association (UKHCA), Appletrees Homecare is registered with and approved by the Quality Care Commision (CQC) and Cambridgeshire Social Services.
