In a nutshell we are about... Growing the Triple Bottom Line: People, Planet, Profit. Directing and controlling organisations and fostering debate and dialogue for the benefit of everyone and the planet. Mission To improve the way organisations of all kinds and sizes - and indeed nation states - operate, for their own benefit and that of all people and the planet - the triple bottom line: People, Planet, Profit. In that order, because people must always come first, and if we look after people and planet, our profits will be more sustainable! We aim to do this through training, writing and consultancy. Our mission for using business and social networks is to foster dialogue and debate across all sections of society, facilitate the exchange of information and so encourage a better understanding of the different perspectives of how our world works. From the “grassroots” level, the person in the street, to the leaders of business, politics, science, sport, and so on. There is a proverb: “There are three truths: my truth, your truth and the truth.” While we may never truly find or understand “the” truth, it is our sincerest hope that we can at least open minds to try to understand what is truth - the reality - for others. Instead of blind faith or angry indignation, dialogue in which we listen (and learn) more than we speak. We have two ears and one mouth - let’s use them in that proportion!
