Applied Counseling and Consulting Services (ACCS) provides individualized services to adults living with Autism in home and community settings. Although most of our services are done in our consumer’s home and community settings, we have an office location in Morgantown, PA. Our team is committed to working with participants, their families, and other agencies to provide comprehensive services that build independent skills. One of the cornerstones of our company is growth and development, for our participants, our employees and our company. We seek employees with a wide variety of experiences and professional credentialing to ensure the highest quality of services. Ongoing training and professional development for all employees is one of our highest priorities. We have a team that includes Licensed Professional Counselors, Social Workers and Behavior Specialists as well as Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians. The company provides support to employees who wish to further their own skill development and encourages all employees to gain additional training and certification to better support our participants. Through an array of services that include community support, specialized skill building, behavior support and counseling, our participants learn and develop new skills to help them access the community and live more independently. We strive to work from a strengths-based perspective so that participants have the opportunity to do those things that they do well and be recognized for the skills they already possess. Programming is collaborative and consumers are encouraged to develop personal goals and participate in determining the outcomes that will measure their progress.
