We have helped people and organisations to achieve changes in their skills, performance, engagement, leadership, working practices and work relationships for over twenty years. We recognise each organization as a unique client operating in a specific context, at a specific time and we blend our various approaches, strengths, skills and development tools to create a unique facilitated intervention. We are committed to working closely with you to ensure you get the best we have to offer to help with our challenge. We aim to create immediate, quantifiable value. We can do this by: Increasing employee engagement. Improving team working. Increasing motivation and performance. Creating strategic direction. Improving organisational alignment. Reducing resistance to change. Particularly we draw on strengths-based approaches such as Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry to effect organisational transformation. As for us individually, we are an experienced team of organisational psychologists and organisational development with a shared commitment to strengths-based approaches to organisational challenges and opportunities. Appreciating Change grew out of Jemstone Consultancy, the company founded by Sarah Lewis in 1993 when she left social work and became an occupational psychologist.
