About Approach Analytics

Approach Analytics was born to support people and practitioners to adopt a philosophy of "food as medicine". We've learned from scientific studies that our lifestyle choices are some of the most powerful medicine. But status quo health system largely ignores nutrition. In part, because nutrition is confusing. There's an endless stream of people telling to eat this or avoid that. Our platform allows people to figure out what diet and lifestyle choices work best for them. People reclaiming their health. It's what we're all about. It's our goal, people empowered through the medicine in their own hands. So we've seen this potential. We've seen it in peoples' day to day lives. We've seen it in the health system. It's very powerful. But health bureaucracies, on their own, don't seem able to support a vision of wellness or patient empowerment. That's where we come in.
