Après Development Partners is crafting new destination residences that enhance lives and communities with a mindful connection between nature, recreation and lifestyle. Whether returning from first tracks of the morning or an epic surf session, Après Development Partners is committed to providing a sanctuary in markets where you want to live and play. Call it an elevated base camp, one with room for all your family and friends, a place to store your gear, and be only minutes from enjoying the destination's activities. Après Development Partners was formed by Laron Turley and Ryan Keane, who take the motto, "live, work, play" to heart. Whether living or vacationing in destination markets, it is about enjoying time on the slopes, on the beach, or on the golf course. It is about having a place to relax and rejuvenate for the following day. It is about an open living plan designed to welcome friends and family over for dinners and late nights. It is about Summer sleepovers and New Year's fireworks. Après Development Partners understands our Owners and Guests want a place to live, they want the ability to work remotely (or on the chair lifts), and most importantly have access to all of the amenities right outside their front doors. We are hard at work where people play.
