About APS Aviation

APS Aviation is a Canadian-based research organization specializing in winter operations and the testing of anti-icing and de-icing fluids for the aviation industry. Our work supports the development of the internationally recognized Holdover Time (HOT) Guidelines, which play a critical role in ensuring safe and efficient winter flight operations. We conduct rigorous laboratory and field testing of anti-icing and de-icing fluids under a variety of precipitation and temperature conditions.
