Future Leaders Programme Leadership training through self-awareness, ethical decision-making, outdoor challenge, and institutional insight visits (e.g., Sandhurst). Step Up Programme A 6-session personal development course building confidence, resilience, and teamwork through community projects and outdoor activities.
