The name, Aqua Quantum, reflects the 38 years of experience of our founder, Todd Larson, P.E., in the water industry and our ability to bring complex projects, issues, and disputes to successful conclusions. Our services include claims consulting including claims preparation and advisor services on many types of construction claims. We represent contractors, subcontractors, and owners from change orders to claims to dispute resolution. We offer project delivery consulting and project management services that cover all of the needs of a successful project delivery. Everything from safety, quality, cost/schedule controls, client relationships, engineering, construction and to startup and closeout. We also offer expert witness services with Mr. Todd Larson, P.E. who is a Licensed Professional Engineer in 9 states, and has expertise in project and construction management, engineering and design of water, wastewater, advanced water treatment, cofferdams and deep excavation shoring systems, structural engineering, process mechanical, and other general civil engineering. We provide Owner's Advisor services to municipalities or private developers who seek to extend their team with an experienced leader in the industry. We are experts in EPC, CM-at-Risk/CMGC, Design-Build, and Progressive Design Build. In the areas of risk and change management, we can provide training and advisory services to construction contractors wanting to improve their ability to manage risks with real world experience in effective mitigations. Our founder is an expert in dispute resolution negotiations, and can serve as a Third Party Neutral in dispute resolutions. We also offer business and leadership coaching.
