ACE’s patented and innovative “Eco-Ark®” is a floating closed containment farm. ACE reinvents a game-changing approach to meeting the increasing demand for food fish sustainably and ethically. ACE’s “Eco-Ark®” filters and contains microplastic contamination, red-algae and other particulates from the seawater, thereby ensuring that the fishes are reared in a healthy environment, making them nutritious and safe for consumption. It applies technology to precision aquaculture, state-of–art post-harvest processing, fish health monitoring and management and fish harvest traceability to provide a high level of assurance to consumers for fresh, tasty, and nutritious food fish.
