Based in Midrand, Johannesburg, our well-resourced workshop facilities are setup to provide excellent workmanship, quality products, and services through our highly skilled team of Engineers, Process Controllers, Technicians, Welders, and Artisans. Our Water and Wastewater Treatment Process Plant Division offers design, construction, commissioning, process control, maintenance and performance optimization of water and wastewater treatment plants to ensure compliance to mandatory regulations and assist customers in providing reliable and efficient plants. Our focus areas include, but not limited to: • Blue drop and green drop compliance, • Plant performance optimization, • Operation and maintenance for varying plant technologies withing water and wastewater treatment, • Rehabilitation and dredging of wastewater treatment oxidation ponds, • Upgrades and refurbishment of water and wastewater treatment plants, Our Engineering Consultancy Division boasts an in-house electrical, process, and mechanical engineering team that supported by a well experienced maintenance and process control team in various water and wastewater treatment technologies which includes, amongst others: • Membrane processes which include Ultrafiltration, Reverse Osmosis, Gas Transfer Membranes and Electro-Deionization for production of demineralized water and potable water, • Ion exchange system for demineralized and softened water production, • Oxidation Ditch Reactors, Conventional Activated Sludge Processes and Sequencing Batch Reactors,
