We prefer investing in majority ownership and shared control transactions, but are also open to minority participation in select situations. We don’t operate with the constraints and strategy of a typical private equity fund. Rather, we partner with small group of companies so that we can dedicate significant energy and resources to each partnership. Our flexible investment holding periods allow us to customize our approach to each situation.
