About Arab Takting Management

We are a group of experts in the construction industry, distinguished by our mutual understanding and diverse experiences across all departments within the company. Our expertise spans both the main office and project levels. We are committed to results, not just documents. We focus on addressing issues and making a tangible difference, followed by establishing procedures to ensure continuous improvement. Unlike other companies that provide mere procedures and documents without taking responsibility for their execution, we prioritize results over documentation. Our mission, whether in the main office or on projects, begins with a comprehensive diagnosis to identify and address the root causes of issues (bottlenecks). We then brainstorm solutions for these bottlenecks and monitor the results closely. We continuously reassess the root causes, cycling through what is known as the Theory of Constraints (TOC). In project management, we emphasize enhancing efficiency, particularly in both direct and indirect resources. We apply Takt methodology in planning and utilize Lean management for execution. We are also committed to continuously developing our team’s skills through training programs. Additionally, we have specialized programs in certain countries, such as the Saudization program, which aims to increase the localization and empowerment of Saudi citizens in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
