ARaja Properties is a property sourcing and portfolio building business which helps property investors find the perfect investment property in the East Midlands - ranging from Buy to Lets, Houses in Multiple Occupation, and Buy to Sell projects. We are experienced property investors ourselves and have built our own portfolio in Leicester, Derby and Nottingham. We know the best areas to buy, and the areas to avoid. We have experienced the full range of emotions when it comes to dealing with property investment - dealing with unpaid rent, arrears, damage caused by tenants, letting agents acting negligently (yes, I can say that because we took them to court and won!) and the eviction process. Speak to us and learn from our mistakes! We provide genuine, no-nonsense advice on the pros and cons of types of properties to invest in and the strategies to implement, as well as realistic returns which can be achieved. We will not promote any 'get rich quick' schemes or make unrealistic claims of rental returns or profits on sale. We are investors ourselves and only recommend or source properties which we would actually buy ourselves and add to our own portfolio. Since 2015, we have built our own mixed residential investment portfolio ranging from straightforward 'vanilla' buy to let houses, and houses in multiple occupancy (HMOs). We have also successfully completed numerous renovations and buy to sell projects. Our business is fully regulated and compliant - we are a member of The Property Ombudsman and are Trading Standards Approved. We have professional indemnity insurance, have an ICO data protection licence, and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
