About Araya Brands
We are Araya, a company founded by two moms from Southern California, who found themselves in a bit of a predicament. We loved being outside in nature, but we also knew that UV radiation from the sun causes 80%of wrinkles, weakens skin elasticity, causes sun spots, and can lead to skin cancer. Sun protection is hard. Sunscreen is messy and the ingredients in them are non necessarily clean or good for marine life. Fixing sun damage and skin aging is very costly and rarely works. What is missing from the beauty market is preventative tools that allow the consumer to prevent skin issues early all. To solve this problem we created Araya, a company that offers UPF 50+ certified sun protective visors. Our visors block 98-100% of damaging UV rays, including those that are reflected off the sand, snow, or surf so you can Sunbathe Smarter.
