Our president, Ron Borovinsky was a founding partner in My Ideal Property in 2007, a real estate investment firm specializing in turning around defaulted and fraudulent transactions in NYC. As of December 2015 My Ideal Property has now closed on more than $100MM in flipped transactions and anticipates on reaching $250MM by 2017.We ourselves source approximately 120 deals per year. With him and the rest of our creative minds at Arbie, we are well equipped to develop new and imaginative neighborhoods to accommodate the rapidly-changing landscape for local businesses, corporations and families in NYC.
