Arbor Associates has been serving partners in the field of Human Services throughout New England for more than 30 years. Founded by experienced human service providers, we started from a strong foundation and today have a time-earned understanding of the needs of our customers. We are a recognized business partner and long-standing resource for dozens of organizations throughout New England that make a difference in our communities by serving those who need help the most. Our office staff is comprised of trained, experienced Human Service and Childcare professionals with varying backgrounds, licenses and certifications, many of who have worked previously in direct care organizations. They bring an informed perspective that helps Arbor maintain a high level of quality in the delivery of our services. Our field staff are generally recognized as the best available. Our screening, on-boarding and retention processes assure that they have (and maintain) a wide variety of credentials and training that allow them to service programs with very specific requirements – and to fit right in with existing relief staff. We take pride in being a part of the communities we serve. We’re aware that some staffing agencies minimize their costs by skirting regulatory requirements or utilizing an independent contractor model – avoiding payroll, benefits, unemployment and workers compensation costs that support sustainable communities. Others may forego important professional insurances that leave you at risk.
