ARC Partners LLP (which trades as ARC Associates) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority: FRN number 467068 The firm was formed in the US in 1988 and began its operations in the UK in 1993 to provide clients with advice in corporate finance and transaction execution services focused on private and public equity and debt capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, (M&A) corporate divestitures, company valuations and corporate development. Since inception, ARC Associates has successfully completed transactions with a total value of over $6 billion.
