Arc manages a series of Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) Funds and through its Appointed Representative Arc Equities, offers access to shares in emerging early stage companies which are not currently quoted on a recognised exchange. Arc is one of a few specialist sources of equity finance for early stage smaller companies which have both the potential to grow and the ambition in due course to be quoted on one of the UK’s smaller public markets such as PLUS or AIM. Arc believes that investment in smaller unquoted companies provides the opportunity for enhanced investment gain which can be realized on admission to a public market, typically at a premium to the value before admission. In addition to our role as a fund manager, Arc offers an advisory service through Arc Corporate Finance, its advisory arm of which works closely with early stage and start-up companies, nurturing them to achieve their goals.
