Our Vision: We envision ARCH as the leading agency in second chances and new beginnings after homelessness, addiction, and crisis. Through the use of innovative evidence based practices, our professionally trained staff provides support to our clients with the goal of living independent, productive, healthy lives in our community. About ARCH: With a combined history of approximately 90 years, Trust House and Bethany Hall have become programs of ARCH to increase capacity and provide the best possible care with the least amount of barriers to the most vulnerable populations in our community.
