About Archbishop McNicholas High School
McNicholas High School is the premier choice for a coed, Catholic high school education in the Cincinnati area. It is the place to discover your unique, God-given brilliance and put it into action. Through a curriculum that includes 30 Advanced Placement and college credit courses as well as the SAIL program for identified learners, students of all abilities are actively engaged in and challenged by our comprehensive, customizable academic programs. Eight of our students were recognized in 2024 by the National Merit Scholarship Program. At McNicholas, students have more opportunities to get involved and make their presence felt. We offer 45 competitive sports teams, over 40 extracurriculars, service opportunities, mission trips, and 32 performing and visual arts courses. McNicholas students are prepared for the real world in a comfortable yet authentic coed environment. They learn to set goals, develop their strengths, and make confident decisions about their futures.
