Archetype Legal PC is a law firm with an itch to leave the suit behind, get its hands dirty and foster community along the way. Our practice is built on the same creative, savvy and innovative principals that help your business thrive. We’re excited to demonstrate what matters to us by creating a law firm that fosters dialogue and new ideas. A firm that entrepreneurs and small business owners can go to without the fear of a surprise bill or services that lack value. We really enjoy what we do and we care about how we do it. We believe the practice of law can be completed with a three step approach: transparency, philanthropy and sophistication. We apply this to all aspects of our shop, and we hope it’s clear each and every time we get the opportunity to collaborate. Gone are the days when it’s reasonable for a law firm to bill as though the contract was drafted from scratch. We embrace technology and use it to decrease standard billables and focus on passing along our knowledge and experience, as opposed to pretending we just wrote that Governing Law provision for the first time.
