ARCHILAND is an international design and consulting company located in Singapore, Beijing, Tianjin and with a co-owned sister office based in Copenhagen. ARCHILAND is currently made of almost 180 dedicated professionals from varying countries, cultures and professional background. Our approach is based on Smart Sustainable Design, and provides a one-stop service for urban planning, architectural and landscape design for local governments and private developers in Northern Europe, China and Asia Pacific region. Smart Sustainable Design focus on using our cross disciplinary team and approach using passive design and digital simulation methods ensuring the best balance and synergy in the varying layers of the urban design. we can combine the early stages service on project positioning, product research, urban planning, architectural, engineering optimization, energy efficiency innovation to the actual building level and cost control. From this unique approach we can deliver more value to our clients, to the project and to the community as a whole. In recent years, with its rich integrated design project experience, ARCHILAND has won a large number of domestic and foreign design competitions, and its work has been widely published in international architecture and arts journals and Web media. Samaranch Memorial, Zhongbei Canal museum, Sino eco City , Nanjing green light house and Upon shared community have also been nominated for the World Architecture Festival. ARCHILAND maintains effective academic inter-action with the National University of Singapore, Portland State University and other well-known colleges to promote positive interaction between academic research and marketing practice.
