We believe that by nurturing our care team with the same dedication and support we provide to the families we serve, we cultivate a culture of excellence and commitment to exceptional care. Our Director of Nursing, a Registered Nurse, guides our team’s training, development, and care delivery. We educate our team through a customized hybrid training program that combines industry-leading training resources with hands-on skills training in our training center. Each Care Professional undergoes screening and training that surpass state requirements. Each Care Professional receives more than two times the initial and annual training required by the State and is trained as an Alzheimer’s and dementia specialist through an Alzheimer’s Association recognized program. We stay connected by personally introducing every Care Professional on their initial visit and by making in-person quality care visits at least every 30 days, three times as often as required by the State.
