About Arcola Products

Arcola Products Limited was established back in 1966, starting out initially as Engineering Patternmakers. Over the subsequent years, this has developed into providing other services such as vacuum forming and plastic fabrication. Arcola Products is a plastic fabrication business based in Sittingbourne, Kent, which has been trading for 45 years and employs a number of people making bespoke vacuum formed products and tools. We take orders for plastic vacuum forming and fabricated parts which are required for both engineering and the point of sale industry, where items have to be made individually to meet exact customer specifications according to the different designs. These services allow the development of customer’s initial ideas and concepts to be designed and developed endeavouring to be as innovative and forward-thinking as possible; from single prototype runs through to full production quantities, providing this with fast, friendly service and a quality finished product. This enables us to attract new customers as well as maintaining long-term relationships with our old customers. Our factory includes comprehensive facilities for component design, pattern and mould making, product finishing, fabrication and final assembly. As these operations are carried out in-house. Quality Control is carefully monitored at all stages of production. Products manufactured by Arcola vary significantly from simple trays, through to more intricate and intricate designs, which require the experience that we have gained over the years, using a full range of materials from the many areas of industry that we have dealt with.
