About Arctic Inter-Action

Arctic Inter-Action is a brand new experiential group and leadership development provider offering courses geared towards developing self awareness, communication, decision making and leadership in Norway, 400km above the Arctic Circle. We work with our clients to mould the experience to the needs of that team or business in groups of 8 to 12, who work together to overcome prescribed challenges and scenarios, forming effective working dynamics. Courses take place in 2,600 hectares of land in the community of Gratangen in Northern Norway. This setting provides a once in a life time opportunity to experience some of the Arctic's natural treasures; such as the northern lights and midnight sun. Our customisable programmes use tools and theories which focus on improving self awareness with continuous feedback; enabling participants to test and strengthen the vital soft skills of communication, decision making and leadership in an environment free of the turbulence of modern life. Lars Christian Berg, the founder and head trainer of Arctic Inter-Action had a successful 7 year career in the Royal Norwegian Navy as a troop commander, instructor and leadership coach. Highlights include grooming the recruit of the year for two years in a row and leading his students to victory in the National Officer Candidate School Championships in 2004. Lars is supported by two MBA graduates from The European Business School London; Jerome Ahye and Peter Lip.
