Born from this are ultimate all terrain vehicles with un-matched mobility characteristics. Arctic Trucks have conquered the world’s harshest environments, with 290,000 km covered on the Antarctica plateau, driving to the South Pole over 50 times and providing the vehicles for the BBC Top Gear adventure to the North Pole. Arctic Trucks polar solutions, compared to conventional tracked vehicles, offer customers significantly increased traversing speeds, drastically reduced fuel consumption and desirable environmental claims that our scientific and expeditionary tour clients now demand. Arctic Trucks has evolved to now work with OEM‘s in the 4x4 retail sector to build excitement, interest and a halo effect around their brands core product offering. Arctic Trucks are sold through the OEM sales network with warranty and homologation. Arctic Trucks has production and distribution facilities in Iceland, UK, UAE, Russia, Poland, Norway, Finland and South Africa. The specialist vehicles business takes Arctic Trucks mobility, engineering and systems integration experience to produce vehicles through frame-work agreements for a variety of bespoke requirements. Arctic Trucks Experience is a travel business in Iceland which offers self-drive, driving experiences or guided tours which takes in the breath-taking exploration of the wonders of Iceland. Clients range from either private or corporates under-taking team-building or performance reward events. Arctic Trucks is now privately owned and produces around 1000 Arctic Trucks per year which vary from a Pick up modification to a polar vehicle which will spend it‘s entire life in Antarctica.
