Services delivered include: conceptual input to the Open Badge Standard and the original blueprints for badge-based pathways to employment (Mozilla Discover Open Badges project) and Cities of Learning UK (DigitalMe/RSA); executive career coaching; skills, motivations and behaviours discovery, analysis, mapping for high performance in an energy company; Workplace of the Future, Future Ready Government and Open Culture masterclasses/conferences for Red Hat and the European Commission; roadmapping and strategic management recommendations for CIPD’s online learning & membership platform; ideation workshops on Future Readiness for government CIOs (The International Council for Information Technology in Government Administration). Contribution to Boards / task groups currently includes: global skills discovery task groups on credential data transparency and interoperability (various) for Credential Engine; the Digital Badging Commission.
