Established in 2011, AREA Real Estate, LLC is a real estate development, management, and investment group with a business model carefully crafted to achieve success in today’s world where constant and rapid change is the norm. Varying financial resources, ever evolving emerging technologies, perpetually changing markets and community expectations require a fresh approach. Led by veteran real estate developer and entrepreneur David Adelman, the company is anchored by a combination of innovation, enthusiasm and experience. David’s interest in the industry that began in high school soon became his passion while attending the University of Texas at Austin in 1989. In 1995, David joined with Ed Cross and Paul Fagan and after three years of collaboration co-founded Cross & Company in 1998. In 2011, the company was divided into two new organizations more reflective of the individual goals and aspirations of the founding partners. AREA Real Estate, LLC is the entity now focused on development and management of assets in which David has an ownership interest.
