About AreaRED
AreaRED is the official student section of University of Wisconsin Athletics. We strive to engage students in supporting Badger athletes across a wide range of athletic events and manages a number of sections, including The Madhouse for UW Volleyball, the Crease Creatures for UW Hockey, the Colony for Soccer, and general AreaRED sections for basketball and football. We are a registered student organization that works under both Athletic Department advising and student leadership. AreaRED is also a part of the Collegiate Spirit Organization Network and is routinely ranked among the top student sections in the country.
