As a business management consultant, we help Clients in the following areas: * Start-ups and pre-opening of hotels, residential living, vacation homes * Project management & business model conversion * Organizational structuring, training and talent acquisition * Develop revenue strategy, strategic action plans and drive sales, * Lead generation and sales pipeline management. * Social media management, digital & e-commerce marketing, branding & positioning, * Guide the preparation of annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget. * Recommend weekly forecasts & prepare monthly financial reports for the Client & Stake holders. * Coach best practices on managing profitability, ensuring revenue & guest satisfaction targets. * Collaborate with Human Resources department in: - maximizing and optimizing man-hours, - assessment and progression plans and - developing and facilitate trainings as/where ARENA International is a region of activity, knowledge and influence.
