About Arepatoire

Arepatoire is a love story. Sofi and Gioele met as students, and despite the fact she's very gluten intolerant and his love language revolves around timeless Italian classics (pasta, pizza), they fell in love. With a slight dilemma on their hands, he humbly accepted t\and grew to love the gluten free staples of her Colombian food, where corn (maize) is favored over wheat in home cooking. Cue to their culinary =eureka moment, when 'arepatoire' was invented. Arepas are stuffed maize cakes (think crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside) eaten every day in Colombia,where Sofi’s family comes from. Sofi and Gioele soon discovered they can also be a versatile companion to his favorite Italian fillings. What started as a clever solution to a dietary requirement, has become AN imaginative take on traditional recipes featuring a revolving menu to reflect their ever-changing sources of inspiration, cravings, and ideas. With inclusivity at the core of Arepatoire's ethos, theey always provide both vegan and halal options for their customers.
