About Arescosmo

Established in 1987, Arescosmo has always aimed to design, produce and qualify products and services for the survival of our defence and security forces. The company is structured into two Lines of Business: Defence and Space. Arescosmo's Defence Division plays a crucial role in the F-35 Programme by producing devices designed to carry out maintainance of the aircraft's Stealth surface. In addition, it has specific know-how in the production of CBRN personal protective equipment and the manufacture of parachutes, drogue chutes and trajectory stabilizers for torpedoes. The Space Division, on the other hand, is engaged in co-funded projects with the Italian and European Space Agencies. Arescosmo is part of the ExoMars project. Under the programme it produced the largest subsonic parachute ever built. The extensive experience in the above-mentioned fields is assisted by constant collaboration with leading Italian and European research centers. It is a constantly evolving reality, always committed to the study of new high-tech solutions that works to actively anticipate the needs of our Armed Forces.
