Born with the ambitious project of creating an industry leadership, the Argos Surface Technologies Group comes to life in 2020 with the initial acquisition of 3 of the most important companies in the field of surface treatments and coatings: Argos, Impreglon Italia and Aalberts. In 2021 it acquires the Emilian TSM Srl, today Argos TSM, and Lualma Anodica, today Argos Lualma; in 2022 it is the turn of the Bergamo Tec.ri.Met.. In 2023 is finally formalized the merger in the Argos ST Group of Mantua Foresi and Turin Rotostatic and is acquired the Bologna Galvanotecnica Salvatori Bologna, today Argos GSB. The mission of the Argos ST Group is, first and foremost, to offer the widest range and the best solutions in the field of surface treatments and industrial coatings for metals, plastics and carbon fiber. The group also aims to become the global provider of cutting-edge surface technology and to offer integrated solutions for all supply phases, such as technical support and logistics services. Among the proposed solutions, chemical nickel plating, polymer coatings and thermal spray coatings occupy a prominent role. Argos ST offers technical, hard and coloured anodizing treatments of the highest quality, which allow to obtain better production performance and a longer plant life. With the strengthening of its territorial capillarity, the Argos ST Group expands the variety of services proposed also introducing three types of industrial painting: Cataphoresis, powder coating and liquid enamel, zinc plating and zinc nickel plating. With nine plants, more than 350 employees and a turnover of about 60 million euros, the Argos ST Group is able to create ad hoc solutions for every type of industry and to meet any type of need.
