Arguindegui Oil Company has a rich 70+ year history and a bright future as South Texas' premier distributor of Fuels, Lubricants, and Chemicals. Founded in August 1942 by Peter Arguindegui Sr., he grew the business successfully and was joined by his sons Peter Jr. and Charlie, during the mid-fifties. Today, the Company has evolved into a premier fuels, lubricant, and chemical distributorship headed by the third generation Arguindegui’s, Alfonso and Charlie Jr. The company operations include twelve convenience stores branded ConocoPhillips and Valero, an unattended fueling site, six bulk warehouse operations located at Laredo, Edinburg, Corpus Christi, Port Isabel, San Antonio, and Odessa Texas. The company’s mission is continued growth/expansion as it continues to be the leading regional distributorship in retail and wholesale fuels, lubricants, and chemicals. Management and staff are committed to serve our retail/wholesale customer’s throughout our area of operations.
