About Arise Autism Center

Arise Autism Center (AAC) is a team of dedicated professionals serving individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Our clinical staff includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), supported by a skilled administrative and organizational team. Together, we work to enhance the quality of life for our clients and their families by providing therapy in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment. AAC was founded by Sebnem “Shebby” Aras, MPM, whose journey into the autism community began in April 2016 when her son, Emir, was diagnosed with autism at 18 months old. What started as an overwhelming challenge quickly transformed into advocacy, as Shebby witnessed the life-changing impact Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy had on her son and family. Inspired to help others navigate the uncertainties of an autism diagnosis, she founded AAC to extend that same hope and support to families in her community. In May 2019, AAC opened its first clinic in Lake Mary, Florida, followed by a second location in Sanford, Florida in 2020. Today, AAC provides home, school, and clinic-based ABA therapy across Central Florida, partnering with families to help children grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.
