I founded Arise after 25 years working at a senior level in companies like Apple and LEGO. My mission is to help professionals thrive both at home and at work. I understand the realities of working at the top of your game while juggling the demands of life. You can be successful without sacrificing your sanity! I use a positive, solutions-based executive coaching model in 1:1 or small group sessions to enable you to make change. Uniquely I strive for a direct understanding of you, and the reality you operate in, to design a program that’s grounded in achievable change and development.
