About ARK Builders
A local family owned & run home building company comprising of Ron Cuny, Sr./Owner-Builder, Andrew Cuny/Project Manager and Amy Cuny/Design & Decorating and Kelsey Perala/Operations Manager. Ron & Amy started building for their family in 1993 and opened ARK Builders in 1998. The company was named after their children: Andrew, R. Blake, Jr. and Kelsey. The Cunys are lifelong residents of the Eastern Shore in Baldwin County, south Alabama. Their goal as a family and as a company is to make the home building process as simple and as stress-free as possible for our new neighbors. They want you to enjoy it. After years of building and moving and building again for themselves, they know what stressors hit along each step of the way & know how to mitigate it.
